Very glitchy ... When I try to scroll through the "offers" it ends up freezing and I can't go up or down. Made it difficult in the drive thru when I was trying to get back to an offer in order to give them the code but couldn't get the app to move ... the extra minute or so that the people behind me had to wait was kinda awkward while I restarted the app and it still froze so I just chose an offer that was showing.
Would give it 0 stars if possible. Not the worst restaurant app, looking at you dairy queen, but it's not far off. They update it pretty frequently and break it every single time. The last one removed the option to redeem my coupon at the restaurant, so now I can only place mobile orders. If that is what you do, you win! Until they break something else. If you want to play the game any other way and you do want bk, don't use the app, it will only frustrate you and make you go someplace else.
Downgraded my review. I am boycotting BK for not suspending operations in Russia over the Ukraine genocide.
I can add items to an order but the app no longer gives me anyway to view my cart or check out anymore so it is impossible for me to place an order. How do you mess up an app this bad?
Still take the 30 min to place an order and I order 3 of the orders. Please fix your app Doesn't even work. Laggy AF and pop up to tell you it's broken even says they know and working to fix. Worst fast food app by far
Recently started the application, the browser looks nice.
Rife with hidden fees. They'll add hidden costs to your subtotal and hope you won't notice. They aren't explained anywhere. App is slow, buggy, and shows you offers that aren't available to you. When you click an offer that isn't available for delivery, the error message you get is "Available only for delivery." Pathetic.
Thay were friendly and ready veryfast and a very clean place to eat some of there good food
Information wasn't clear. First time order through app for drive through. I didn't see any notices about letting them know through the order speaker that I was arriving. Therefore, I passed the order spot to the pick up window and the guy (Name: Steve) who's given orders items out wasn't happy. He was kind yelling at me that I should let them know through the ordered spot. I told him I don't know and I don't know about it also its my first time ordered through this app. He then say OK calm...
Despise this app so much. Does not work well, no option to pay with cash--as soon as the credits from customer service are used up I'll delete it and never download again.
